What type of services does Blueboy Document Imaging Offer?

Blueboy provides a variety of copying, printing and scanning services. Such as Architectural and Construction printing, scanning and document management. We copy, print and scan large and small documents in color and black/white. At Blueboy we print color posters and banners. Our finishing services include dry mounting, laminating, folding, and binding.

What is the turnaround time from start to finish for my work order?

Once your work order is put into our production department, the turnaround time will be determined based on the nature and size of your work order. We strive to accommodate all deadlines.

How do I submit my documents for my work order to Blueboy?

Work orders can be submitted through e-mail or uploaded to our ftp server. We also can take your files that are on a CD, DVD or a USB stick. Also feel free to drop off your hard copy originals at our office.

What type of files can I send to Blueboy?

Blueboy prefers to receive files in PDF format. However, we also accept most standard file types including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator files. We can also accept most graphic file types such as: .jpg, .eps, .gif, .psd, .tif, .bmp, .dwg, .dwf, etc.

If I wish to e-mail a job or work order, to whom do I send the e-mail?

E-mail you’re your job to print@blueboyimaging.com Customer Service and Production staff answers this e-mail. E-mailing directly to a person may delay production.

My project is too large to e-mail. How do I get my job to Blueboy?

If your project is too large to e-mail, feel free to upload your files to out ftp server.
